Demolition, remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Bethesda, Maryland. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
Only the following list of contractors may submit a proposal for this project: Kunj Construction Corp, Mechanicsville, VA Doyon Management Services LLC, Lanham, MD ARS Aleut Construction, LLC, Port Allen, LA Westerly HSU JV II, LLC, Gaithersburg, MD XL Construction LLC, Laurel, MD Belt Built 8(a), LLC, Crofton, MD McKenzie Construction & Site Development LLC , Wesley Chapel, FLA Design-built project to replace variable frequency drives (VFD's) for (4) chilled water pumps and (3) condenser pumps, along with the replacement of (3) vertical steel air storage tanks, and the existing Belimo valve. All new equipment will be fully integrated into the Building Automation System (BAS) for proper monitoring and control. Location of the Work: UEM-16 The replacement of variable frequency drives (VFDs) for (4) chilled water pumps and (3) condenser pumps, along with the replacement of (3) vertical steel air storage tanks, and the existing Belimo valve. All new equipment will be fully integrated into the Building Automation System (BAS) for proper monitoring and control *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
