The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of Research Facilities (ORF), intends to award multiple indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contracts for professional Architect-Engineering (A/E) services in accordance with the Brooks A/E Act and FAR Part 36.6. These Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) will include Architect-Engineering services as well as Commissioning Support Services (Cx) and Construction Quality Management (CQM) services. Firms will be selected for negotiations based on demonstrated competence and qualifications submitted via SF 330 forms. No solicitation package will be issued until after evaluations are completed, and requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. The effective period for contract holders is six (6) years from the MATOC award date. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. As per Adda 2, Change the Response due date from October 31, 2025 @ 12:00 AM EDT to TBD at reponses to RFIs.
