Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a civil project in Orem, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for outdoor lighting for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
As of December 17, 2024, per addendum 2, the bid date has been extended from January 8, 2025 to January 23, 2025. Description 1. Approximately 960 feet of 108-inch diameter steel and mortar lined tunnel with 65-foot shaft. 2. Approximately 4,530 feet of 108-inch diameter steel pipeline with 90-inch end connections, welded joints, mortar lining, tape and mortar coating, flow fill pipe zone. 3. Approximately 600 feet of 102.7-inch diameter hazard resilient ductile iron pipe (HRDIP) at two fault crossings with buried insulating flanges. 4. Removal of about 400 feet of existing 90-in pipe and concrete headwalls and sealing and abandoning remaining 90-inch pipe. 5. Fulfill all Owner Easement Agreement conditions in Supplement to this section. 6. Maintain access to homes and lands; public relations work, site safety and security. 7. New and relocated Orem City Facilities: new and relocated storm drain, water, sewer, fiber optic, streetlights, etc. Protect and/or restore surface improvements including: Full with street pavement replacement, restore curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveways, park-strips, irrigation, vegetation, services, etc. Construct offsite storm drains and sewer. 8. Protect and/or restore all non-city facilities: fiber optic, telecom, TV, etc.
