Demolition, site work and renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Blackey, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 4,262-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center; for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
Letcher County desires to obtain the services of one or more qualified and experienced contractors that can provide construction management services for repairs and rebuilding due to a recent disaster. The contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, plans, procedures, and other materials and capabilities necessary to perform the requested services.
