Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Blackey, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The Blackey Community Center will be for the renovation of the old Blackey Water Treatment building into the new Blackey Community Center. The renovation will consist of new MEP's throughout, concrete an masonry work, metal stud framing, gypsum board, doors and a new stage. Award shall be issued on the lowest responsive bid by a responsible bidder meeting all requirements of this solicitation and as required by the specifications. Doc note: Documents will be available for pickup/delivery after receipt of the specified payment by Lynn Imaging. Free Downloads available to contractors only.
