Renovation of a municipal facility in Mansfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Town Hall Storefront Upgrades All bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in an amount that is no less than five (5%) percent of the proposal amount made payable to The Town of Mansfield. Bid deposits shall be a certified check, bid bond, treasurers check or cashiers check issued by a responsible bank or trust company. A 100% Performance Bond, Payment Bond and Certificate of Insurance will be required. The Town of Mansfield reserves the right to waive any informalities to accept or reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid or portion thereof deemed by them to be in the best interest of the Town. The Work consists of removal and disposal of the front and rear entrance to the Town Hall. The work entails furnishing and installing a front sliding door at multiple locations as well as a curtainwall in the rear of the building along with associated hardware and security features. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing via email and sent to Sarah Foley, foleys@wseinc.com and to be given consideration must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
