For Clerestory Window Replacements at Highland & Newman Elementary Schools: Billings, Montana A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract amount is required with submission of Bid. And 100% Performance and Payment Bonds are required from the Contractor prior to work commencing on site. The Contractor shall comply with all fair labor practices and shall meet the requirements of the State of Montana Prevailing Wage rates.
