Renovation of an educational facility in Ririe, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Ririe Elementary School Boiler Replacement. Bids not received by the indicated time will not be opened. A description of the work of this project can be summarized as removing the existing steam boiler, piping, unit ventilators, unit heaters, etc. Install new central hot water heating system including high efficiency boilers, pumps, controls, piping, unit ventilators, unit heaters, etc. Work may commence in the boiler room on April 15, 2025. Work may commence in all areas of the school on May 23, 2025. All work located outside of the boiler room must be completed prior to August 5, 2025, and the entire project must be completed prior to September 15, 2025. Plans, specifications, proposal forms and other information are on file for examination at IMEG, 4943 N 29th E, Suite A, Idaho Falls, ID 83401. 208.552.9874 Electronic documents are available in PDF format at no cost from IMEG (justin.r.judy@imegcorp.com). A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. No bidder may withdraw his bid after the hour set for the opening thereof, or before award of Contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty days.
