Renovation of a stadium in Bloomington, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The scope of work for this Project shall include, but not be limited to: Project 24-102 - BC9B.2 Ceramic Tile for the Bloomington Ice Garden Modernization project. COMPLETION TIME: Substantial Completion: September 30, 2025 Final Completion: December 31, 2025 Question Deadline: Thu Dec 12, 2024 5:00 PM (CST) Bond and/or Bid Security, as required in the Invitation to Bid, must be received in electronic format through the Bidding System with Bid Submission. The envelope shall be addressed to: Purchasing Manager, City of Bloomington 1800 West Old Shakopee Road Bloomington, Minnesota 55431-3027 Bids must be submitted on the Bid Submittal Form provided in accordance with the Contract Documents, Drawings, and Specifications as prepared by JLG Architects. A certified check or cashiers check payable to the City of Bloomington, or satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and a licensed surety company must also accompany the Bid in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid be accepted and the Bidder fail to enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond within ten (10) days after the award of the contract.
