The scope of work for this Project shall include, but not be limited to: Project 24-118 - BC32C.2 Sodding and Landscaping for the Bloomington Ice Garden Modernization project. A link to the bid opening can be obtained by emailing purchasing@bloomingtonmn.gov. All bids submitted are to be valid for sixty (60) calendar day. A certified check or cashiers check payable to the City of Bloomington, or satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and a licensed surety company must also accompany the Bid in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid be accepted and the Bidder fail to enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond within ten (10) days after the award of the contract. Bond and/or Bid Security, as required in the Invitation to Bid, must be received in electronic format through the Bidding System with Bid Submission.
