Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Cornelia, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Site Address: 70 Clarkesville Street The work to be completed shall consist of furnishing all labor, material, and equipment to complete grading and install associated paving, restroom structures, concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, concrete slabs, storm infrastructure, fencing including, but not limited to storm structures, pavement replacement, earthwork, landscaping, signage, striping, grassing, soil erosion and sedimentation control measures, and appurtenances necessary to provide a complete installation. See Section 01014 for critical construction constraints. Some demolition as well as water, sewer, and power infrastructure will be installed by others. Time allotted for completion of work is 270 consecutive calendar days. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Work will be awarded in one (1) Contract. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days except as specifically provided in the Instructions to Bidders and/or by State law. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified cashier's check in an amount not less than 10% of the base bid. All bonds shall be by a surety company licensed in Georgia with an "A" minimum rating of performance and a financial strength of at least five (5) times the contract price as listed in the most current publication of "Best's Key Rating Guide Property Liability". Performance and Payment Bonds, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price shall be required of the successful bidder if contract is awarded. Each Bond shall be accompanied by a "Power of Attorney" authorizing the attorney-in-fact to bind the surety and certified to include the date of the bond.
