Cold-Process Protected Membrane Roof System. progressive removal and disposal of the existing roof membrane system including all counterflashings down to structural decking, except for light-weight insulated concrete pavers that are found in re-usable condition. wood blocking, plywood and cant strips shall be re-used unless they are found to be damaged or warped. Installation of new dual waterproofing system consisting of polyester reinforced Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) elastomeric sheeting adhered in single component moisture curing urethane fluid applied membrane. Installation of new polyester reinforced SBR elastomeric flashing adhered in trowel grade moisture curing urethane mastic. Reinforcement of all seams with trowel grade moisture curing urethane mastic and fiberglass reinforcing mesh.
