Bidders seeking a written response by ITP to their questions at the Pre-Bid/Pre-Proposal Conference are requested to submit their questions in writing to ITP in advance. ITP will make every effort available to respond at the Pre-Bid Conference. Attendance at the Conference is not mandatory but is encouraged by ITP. No proposal may be withdrawn for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time of the proposals. The selected vendor will deliver and install the gate systems at the ITP facilities listed below. The vendor will work in coordination with ITP Security, Facilities, and Information Technology departments. The Contractor shall be responsible for the manufacture, supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, training, documentation, all permits/fees, warranty, and on-going maintenance of the Parking Lot Access Gates in accordance with the requirements described in this scope of work. The Contractor shall be responsible for delivering a complete and working system as per ITP's requirements. Any additional components and/or functions not specifically called out in the requirements described within the RFP, which are required to deliver a complete working system, shall be clearly detailed in the Proponent's submission. The contractor shall supply, install, and maintain parking lot access gates designed to control vehicle entry and exit in accordance with the following specifications. The gates shall be fully operational, reliable, and secure, with features designed to ensure ease of use, durability, and compliance with applicable safety standards. Key responsibilities for the vendor include: o Coordinated installation of the parking lot gates with Facilities Director. o User acceptance testing to ensure system functionality meets requirements. o Integration with existing resources such as electrical and security systems. o Comprehensive training for key ITP staff on the utilization of the software/hardware. o Ongoing support and maintenance post-installation. The ideal vendor should have a track record of successful parking lot gate implementations in organizations similar in size and scope to ITP and/or within the transportation sector. Timeliness, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering tailored solutions are paramount in the selection process.
