Grand Rapids Public Schools Electrical Maintenance Services All Proposal Questions Should Be Emailed to Bennettm@grps.org on the RFI Form Attached in This Packet. If the District is closed due unforeseen circumstances on the day that a proposal is due, proposals will be due on the next day that the District is open. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals in whole or in part, to waive any and all irregularities, and to award the contract to other than the low bidder. In addition, the Board may award contracts to one or more firms.
