Bids are requested for a one-year term contract, with two, one-year renewal options for "as needed" industrial mechanical services for the City's Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF), as per the specifications contained herein. The City reserves the right to award a single contract or multiple contracts, if it deems it is in the City's best interest. The City of Grand Rapids desires a one-year contract, with two, one-year renewal options for "as needed" non-warranty industrial mechanical services for the City's Water Recovery Resource Facility (WRRF), as per the specifications contained herein. Service work shall be ordered on a job-order processing basis from qualified and experienced Contractors. The City desires services from local Contractors (defined as companies not more than 60-miles from downtown Grand Rapids). Requests for services will be non-capital related projects and similar to maintenance, repairs, and operation (MRO) projects on an "as needed" basis. The City reserves the right to award a single contract or multiple contracts, if it deems it is in the City's best interest.
