Renovation of a municipal facility in Marblehead, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Abbot hall elevator repair. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Requirements and Contract Documents shall be submitted by email or fax and received at least ten (10) working days prior to the proposal deadline. The Town shall be allowed five (5) days to respond to questions. Questions shall be directed to: Email: rebeccac@marblehead.org Hydraulic Power Unit in Machine Room Retain the existing hydraulic power unit, control valve system, related piping and fittings. Controller and Landing System Remove and discard the existing, obsolete, non supported main elevator hydraulic controller and floor landing system. Furnish and install one (1) new current code compliant, microprocessor based, programmable logic, nonproprietary elevator control system equipped with on-board diagnostics, integrated user interface, electronic soft start and fire recall features. Manufactured, designed and engineered for simplex, selective-collective automatic operation. Furnish and install new floor landing/positioning system located in the hoistway with car top mounted electronic reader that transmits exact positioning of car to main controller, ensuring proper approach, door zone reference and smooth control transition into desired floor. Furnish and install new hoistway travel limit switches.
