Renovation of an educational facility in Westfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Project has been awarded but award amount not confirmed. Greenhouse Glass Replacement at Westfield High School. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Any questions regarding this bid should be directed to: Shannon Barry, Director of Finance via email at s.barry@schoolsofwestfield.org Any questions regarding this quotation should be directed to the Director of Finance in writing at the above email address prior to the time and date listed for receipt of quotations. Please see the below specifications for the work to be completed: 1. Remove and dispose of existing glass. 2. Approximately 400 pieces of clear tempered 1/8" safety glass for replacement at all glass roof areas and side areas. 3. Pricing must include installation with perimeter sealants. 4. Any equipment needed to perform the work (such as a lift), must be included in the cost. 5. A site visit at the greenhouse will be on Thursday, December 5 th at 8 a.m. 6. The Contractor will be responsible for the removal of all trash and waste material on a daily basis. 7. The work must be completed as soon as possible upon award and prior to June 30, 2025. 8. Massachusetts prevailing wage rates must be paid.
