Renovation of a municipal facility in Marlborough, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The scope of the base contract includes providing and installing an unenclosed lift with a front entry and side exit at the upper level which is approximately 29 above lobby landing (to be field verified). Installation to include all connections to existing infrastructure, commissioning, permitting and training of City Staff accordingly. Lift to meet all MAAB regulations (CMR 521) including automatic lower gate with hall call button. Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Questions from Bidders are due by December 12, 2024 at 2:00 PM. Questions from Bidders may be submitted via email to the City's Construction Foreman, Dan Jackson, djackson@marlborough-ma.gov.
