Site work for a water / sewer project in Marlborough, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of cementitious manhole rehabilitation (350 VF) and installing cured-in-place pipe within 6", 8", 10" and 12" sewer mains (6,190 FT), including all labor, material and equipment necessary to complete the work as described with the contract specifications. Bids are subject to M.G.L., c. 30, 39M, and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L c.149, 26 through 27H inclusive. Question Deadline 03/10/2025 Questions concerning the bid specifications must be submitting in writing via email to Attn: Mark Dascoli at mdascoli@marlborough-ma.gov no later than 3 business days prior to the scheduled bid opening. Bid Security shall be at least five percent (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount, considering all alternates. The Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond shall be: a) with a surety company qualified to do business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and satisfactory to Owner The City reserves the right to cancel this procurement process, or reject in whole or in part any and all bids, if the City determines that cancellation or rejection serves the best interests of the public to do so.
