The Contractor shall perform a complete inspection ofthe interior and exterior ofthe Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic Tank #5. The inspection shall include all fixtures and appurtenances to the tank. The follow ing are the tank manufacturer detailed in the included attachments. 1. Manufacturer: Augusta Fiberglass Co., Inc. 2. Serial Number: 51464-G For #5 3. Capacity: 12,000 Gallons 4. Height: 15.5 Feet 5. Width: 12 Feet B. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform repair of Sodium Hypochlorite Storage Tank #5. As part ofthe repair process, the interior ofthe tank shall be ground to a solid substrate surface at the areas to be repaired. The solid substrate shall be tested to ensure an adequate bonding between the existing tank and new lining system. The Contractor shall reline the repair area in accordance with manufacturing standards AWWA D120-09 and ASME RTP-1-2013. C. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary' to remove and replace one ( 1 ) manway and one (1) 2''flanged tank nozzle. The nozzles shall be a flush nozzle installation as defined in ASMERTP-1. D. The Contractor shall restore all existing repairs to a pre-work condition with a light grey finish to match the existing finish ofthe tank. E. Upon completion ofthe w ork, the Contractor shall clean the tank and leak test all repairs in accordance with AWWA D120-09 and ASME RTP-1-2013. F. The Contractor shall warranty any and all repairs and alterations to the tank for a period of one ( 1 ) year.
