The project consists of milling of roadways and trenches and related work at various locations within the City, including all labor, material and equipment necessary to complete the Work. Question Deadline 06/05/2025 Questions concerning the bid specifications must be submitted in writing via email to Attn: James Dascoli at jdascoli@marlborough-ma.gov no later than 3 business days prior to the scheduled bid opening. All questions and answers shall be distributed as an addendum to all on record as having received the bid documents. Bid Security shall be at least five percent (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount, considering all alternates. Bids Are Subject to M.g.l., C. 30, 539m, and to Minimum Wage Rates as Required by M.g.l C.149, 526 Through 27h Inclusive. In Lieu of and Only in Lieu of an Insurance Bid Bond Certificate Submitted as Outlined Above (Items a, Through C.), a Bid Security in the Form of Cash, or a Cellified Check, Treasurer's, or Cashier's Check Issued by a Responsible Bank or Trust Company and Made Payable to the Owner Must Be Submitted With a Completed Cash Bid Bond Affidavit From and Received by the Owner Before the Time of Bidding.
