The Project shall consist of replacement (in-kind) of existing overhead doors (22 Doors). The scope of the base contract includes providing and installing new insulated steel sectional overhead doors. Installation to include all connections to existing infrastructure including track, spring, glazing, and accessories. The successful bidder shall be responsible for the removal and disposal of existing units, installation of new units including all associated work, coordination, and start-up of the entire project. A construction period of 120 calendar days is needed. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit of not less than five (5%) percent of the bid amount (considering all alternates, if any), and made payable to the City of Marlborough.
