Renovation of a municipal facility in Marlborough, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project The project shall consist of replacement (in-kind) of existing overhead doors (22 Doors). The scope of the base contract includes providing and installing new insulated steel sectional overhead doors. Installation to include all connections to existing infrastructure including track, spring, glazing, and accessories. Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. QUESTIONS REGARDING BID DOCUMENTS OR REQUIREMENTS ARE DIRECTED TO: Theodore L. The successful bidder shall be responsible for the removal and disposal of existing units, installation of new units including all associated work, coordination, and start-up of the entire project. Questions concerning the Bid Documents shall be submitted in writing, by Monday, June 9, 2025, at 10:00 AM to the attention of Dan Jackson, General Foreman of Facilities by email to djackson@marlboroughma.gov.
