The City of Marlborough ("City"),the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from contractors for the Ward Park Pool Replacement in Marlborough, Massachusetts,for the Department of Public Works-Engineering Division in accordance with the documents prepared by Bargmann Hendrie + Archetype, Inc. The project consists of replacing the existing wading pool with a new fully accessible wading pool and associated site work and filtration equipment at Ward Park, including all labor, material, and equipment necessary to complete the Work. The estimated project cost is approximately $900,000. Question Deadline 07/11/2025 Questions regarding the website or project distribution should be directed online .Questions concerning the bid specifications must be submitting in writing via email to Attn:Mark Dascoli at mdascoli@marlborough-ma.gov no later than 3 business days prior to the scheduled bid opening. All questions and answers shall be distributed as an addendum to allon record as having received the bid documents. Bids shall be clearly identified as per instructions at online website. Bid Security shall be at least five percent (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount,considering all alternates. The City reserves the right to cancel this procurement process or reject in whole or in part any and all bids, if the City determines that cancellation or rejection serves the best interests of the public to do so.
