Demolition and site work for a residential development in Goodyear, Arizona. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

Any resultant contract will be utilized by the Department's Right of Way Group for Demolition of two (2) Right of Way properties and their respective buildings and site improvements located on ADOT fee owned properties. Inquiries regarding the solicitation are to be submitted online. The Contractor shall provide demolition and site improvement services at the following location: 7-12480: 6101 S Hwy 85, Goodyear AZ 85338 . 7-12535: 5817 S 128th Dr., Avondale AZ 85323 . Once demolition commences, the demolition at the work location is projected to take one (1) week and shall not exceed three (3) weeks per parcel. DESCRIPTION: Demolition of Right of Way Parcels (7-12480 and 7-12535) Parcel 7-12480: Mixed Use Property - 6101 S Hwy 85, Goodyear AZ 85338 Demolition of two (2) residential structures, block construction, that appear to be partially demoed, an office building also partially demoed, a dilapidated mobile home, a broken down RV, as well as a significant amount of concrete, a commercial scale, miscellaneous fencing, trees, bushes and shrubs. The parcel is 23+ acres, most of which is actively being farmed by a tenant of ADOT's. Parcel 7-12535: Residential House and Property - 5817 S 128th Dr., Avondale AZ 85323 Demolition of a 3,442 sq. ft. residential home, frame construction on concrete slab, as well as all concrete, asphalt, miscellaneous fencing, trees, bushes and shrubs on a 1 acre parcel. Residential house also includes a 3 car garage on concrete slab, and two (2) covered patios on concrete slabs. Parcel 7-12480 . Demolition of two (2) residential structures and partially demolished block structures, and a broken down RV located on the southwest side of the parcel. Additionally, the removal of a significant amount of concrete, a commercial scale, miscellaneous fencing, trees, bushes, shrubs and debris. . The parcel is over 23 acres, and an ADOT tenant actively uses it for farming. The tenant's areas cannot be blocked or restricted during the demolition. . The Contractor shall remove a significant amount of concrete throughout the parcel, including a large concrete boulder with steel piping and several large rectangle concrete containers. . The Contractor shall cut down and fully remove trees and bushes unless doing so causes potential damage to the canal, in which case the trees will be cut down to the stump, flush to the ground. All resulting debris shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to remove from the jobsite. . The Contractor shall remove the perimeter fencing on the north and east side of the property.
