Pursuant to provisions of the School District Procurement Rules, Agua Fria High School District No. 216 intends to establish a Construction Manager at Risk (CM@R) (pre-construction and construction) Services for the Millennium High School Campus Master Plan Phase 2. Background Project Description DLR Group 6225 N. 24th St Phoenix, AZ 85016 Location: 14802 W. Wigwam Blvd, Goodyear, AZ 85395 Phase 2 is anticipated to be the main component of the Campus Master Plan adopted by the District in the Fall of 2024. The main component consists of a proposed new 42,000 square foot two story building integrated into approx. 20,000 square feet of existing campus buildings basements. The New building may include innovative learning spaces, labs, heavy and light CTE (Career and Tech. Ed.) spaces and a large multifunction space. Renovation of basement areas and adjacent existing spaces is anticipated. Major utility and infrastructure modeling, tracing, phasing and relocation is anticipated. In addition to collateral site work associated with the new building, large scale site work in and around the new and remodeled building including terraces, landscape, hardscape, and canopies with be necessary. Other misc. campus renovations will be including as budget allows. The CM is expected to participate in an integrated preconstruction process of predesign to determine scope, cost, and implementation of the project for best value and least disruption for the district.
