Maricopa County extends an invitation to interested and qualified firms or individuals to submit formal sealed qualifications electronically through an outside agent, Periscope S2G (periscopeholdings.com/s2g) to provide On-Call Utility SUE Designation & Pothole Services Contract. A maximum of three (3) contracts will be awarded; with a potential maximum value of $500,000.00 and will initially be for three (3) years with one (1) one-year options to extend. The solicitation, evaluation, ranking, selection, and negotiation shall comply with the qualifications-based selection procurement procedures for architectural and engineering services codified under Title 40 U.S.C. 1101-1104, commonly referred to as the Brooks Act, and the Maricopa County Procurement Code. Contract duration: 1045 days Contract renewal: 1 annual renewal Prices good for: 30 days MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME: Times listed for pre-bid meetings, Q and A, and Bid Close are in Mountain Standard Time. EVALUATION AND AWARD: Award is made at the sole discretion of the solicitation issuing Department. Maricopa County reserves the right to award in full or in part to a single vendor or multiple vendors.
