Site work for a water / sewer project in Missouri Valley, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project Description. Project shall include Open Ditch and Levee Repairs consisting of 123 Stations of Channel Bank Repair, 58 Stations of Back Slope Repair, Placing 12,465 Tons of Class E Riprap along the Channel Bank, Seeding the Impacted Areas, 315 Stations of Grubbing and Clearing, and all associated work and incidentals required to complete the project. Est. Completion Date: Oct. 1, 2025 Est. Value: $ 1,000,000.00 Work on the improvement shall commence upon approval of the contractby the Trustees, and as stated in the Notice to Proceed. All work under the Contract must be completed, per Iowa Code Section 468.101, no later than October 1st, 2025. Damages in the amount of $500.00 per day will be assessed for each day the work remains incomplete. Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security, as defined in Section 468.35a of the Iowa Code in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid.
