Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in River Forest, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project consists of the installation of approximately 18,500 square feet of PCC sidewalk, 125 linear feet of PCC curb/gutter, 50 square yards of driveway apron, 40 square feet of detectable warnings and other work incidental thereto. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of the Proposals without the consent of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of River Forest for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of the bid opening. Bidders shall be prequalified by IDOT for: Concrete Construction. The Village of River Forest reserves the right in receiving these bids to waive technicalities and reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 12/04/2024 All requests for interpretations or clarifications shall be made in writing and received by the Village at least five (5) business days prior to the date set for receipt of Bids or at the pre-bid conference, if offered All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted in writing to: Village of River Forest Attn.
