The Owner is issuing this request for qualifications (RFQ) to hire an Owner’s Representative that will be responsible for completing all needed services on the following project: Abandonment of existing Pump Station #2 (80gpm) and construction of a new Pump Station #2 (80gpm) outside the 100-year/500-year floodplain. The proposed relocation of Pump Station #2 will require construction of approximately 1200’ of 8” sewer lines from the existing Pump Station location to a new location on the east side of Hudson Street south of the current Pump Station #2 site. As of December 8, 2025, a contractor has not been selected.
