Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Murphy, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

This will be a new facility constructed on TCCC property. This facility will house a workforce development facility (conference area), main entry hall, and auditorium (up to 1700 capacity). The current estimates for the entire facility are around 50,000 sq/ft. This project will also include design and construction of new parking areas, drainage systems, water, sewer, fiber and power Expected Date of Completion of Design Estimated= February - March of 2026 This RFQ is for Pre Construction services only but the Owner reserves the right to move forward into the Construction Phase with the selected CM at Risk.
