Supply, factory acceptance test, shipment, delivery to site, testing, commissioning and supervision of installation of 4.16 kV type 2B are resistance indoor rated air insulated switchgear as listed below: .1 Main switchgear, 4.16 kV, 1200 A, 25 kA, as per the provided SLD and tripping matrix 2 The 4.16 kV switchgear will be used for power distribution to the two new electric boilers and building services for the new building extension. 3 Line-up assembly of switchgear to be a metal clad type with segregated compartments for protection & control, circuit breaker, disconnect switch, busbar, and power cable connections. .4 The switchgears will be installed indoor. .5 Design and test AC metal-clad switchgear in accordance with EEMAC G14-1, Type 2B, Arc Fault Test Standard. Consistent with latest ANSI/IEEE C37.20.7-2017 Arc Fault Test Standard and CSA C22.2 No. 261, adhering to design requirements of EEMAC G8-2, ANSI C37.20.2. 6 System description: .1 Each AC switchgear assembly consists of one arc resistant switchgear line-up with one (1) high vertical section, withdrawable breaker, containing two (2) buses, metal clad switchgear. 2 Each switchgear line-up to contain below compartments and equipment for associated cells as per the SLD: .1 Three (3) potential transformers and three (3) current transformers for switchgear protection and control where applicable. 2 Metering instrument transformers compartment, containing three (3) potential transformers and three (3) current transformers. .3 Circuit breaker compartment for incoming/outgoing and tie breaker cells. 4 Where breaker is not removable directly to floor and is positioned elevated above floor, provide one (1) circuit breaker moving device (dolly) and/or circuit breaker lifting/moving device. .5 Busbar compartment. 6 Cable compartment. 7 Protection and control compartment for metering and breaker cells. .8 Grounding studs with covers for all busbars and cable terminations.
