The proposed project will involve various upgrades to the interior systems at this sanitary pump station. The project will include a complete rip-out and reinstallation of a new HVAC system, and will permanently close exterior louvers that are no longer necessary. In addition, electrical upgrades will include the removal and replacement of multiple branch electric circuits, plus the removal of interior and exterior lighting with new weatherproof and explosion proof LED fixtures. Operations of the Pump station equipment will be required during the construction project and the Contractor must submit a plan to maintain critical equipment energized. Architectural work will include repairs to interior painted surfaces which show degradation due to water infiltration, and total restoration, painting, and structural improvements to the interior steel grating systems.
