Tenders are invited to maintain native prairie landscapes (NPL) at various District facilities and properties located throughout Cook County, IL, for an approximate three (3) year period. The estimated cost of the work under this Contract is not to exceed the following amounts: Group A - Stickney Service Area: $160,200.00 Group B - Calumet Service Area: $120,600.00 Group C - North Service Area: $175,800.00 Total for all Groups $456,600.00 The associated utilization goals for Groups A, B, and C of this Contract are 15% MBE and/or WBE and 3% VBE.
