Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility; for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The scope of the project includes the construction of a 40' x 80' pole building complete with 12' wide covered canopy structure with all framing, installation of composite siding and imitation stone veneer exterior facade finishes, metal roof panels, concrete floor, insulation, interior wall finishes with FRP and metal, installation of garage & man doors, installation of windows, installation of HVAC, electrical, including a generator and plumbing building systems and other building appurtenances.
