Scope: This proposal is to provide the City of Columbus with a Universal Term Contract to purchase at a specific discount off market price steel and metal products to include: steel, aluminum, iron and other metals as needed to be used by various City of Columbus agencies. The proposed contract will be in effect through March 31, 2027. Classification: The successful bidder will provide and deliver steel and metal products. Bidders are asked to quote discounts off various types of metal as specified on the proposal page. Bidders are required to show experience in providing this type of material and/or services as detailed in these specifications. Bidder Experience: The offeror must submit an outline of its experience and work history in these types of materials and/or warranty service for the past five years. Bidder References: The offeror shall have documented proven successful contracts from at least four customers that the offeror supports that are similar in scope, complexity, and cost to the requirements of this specification. Question Deadline 11/29/2024 at 11:00 AM ET Specification Questions: Questions regarding this bid must be submitted electronically. Responses will be posted on the RFQ electronically no later than Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at 4:00 pm.
