As of this time it is unknown if and when project will rebid.** The City of Columbus Department of Building and Zoning Services (hereinafter "City") is seeking a bird management system installation from a company qualified to provide this service. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary and comply with all applicable codes, standards, regulations, and worker safety rules that are administered by federal, state, and local agencies. The City's License Section perform vehicle inspections under cover of a carport. Birds seasonally nest in and on the building's hollow metal rafters, causing health and safety concerns for those working underneath. To prevent this nesting, roosting, and loafing, the City is seeking one contractor to install bird netting and spikes underneath the roof and along the rafters. To discourage future nesting, roosting, and loafing under this roof, the affected area for bird management must be cleaned and sanitized prior to the installation of the requested features. The City seeks to hire one (1) Contractor for this installation and the Contract shall run from approximately January 1, 2025, through March 31, 2025.
