The Ohio State University (Ohio State) requests qualifications for a CMR team with all required consultants and subcontractors necessary to complete The James Outpatient Care - Retail Pharmacy & Infusion buildout project. This project is a result of a long-term guiding vision that imagines transformational research and learning environments over the next decade and beyond. This project comprehensively supports the university's academic and outreach missions, while strengthening Ohio State's position as a leading national flagship public research university. This project is a key component to fulfill that vision. This project will build out shelled spaces on the 2nd and 8th floors at The James Outpatient Care Center, 2121 Kenny Road. The 2nd floor shelled space totals approximately 3,700 square feet and will accommodate the new retail pharmacy. The 8th floor shelled space totals approximately 2,300 square feet and will expand the existing Infusion clinic to include 12 additional infusion bays and support spaces.
