** As of February 7, 2025, project was awarded to Ernie Davis & Sons Mechanical, Inc., with no amount available. ** The contract involves the construction of 4,800 LF of 6" PVC water main, 1,230 LF of 8" PVC gravity sewer, 1,030 LF of 4" PVC force main, the construction of a new booster pump station and the construction of a new sewer lift station along Sandcut Road and Hubert Reid Road, all in the city limits of Earlington (Hopkins County). A pre-Bid conference is not scheduled. If one is warranted, an addendum will be issued to indicate a time and location. Question Deadline 01/03/2025 All requests for interpretation must be received at least four days prior to the day set for receiving Bids. Addenda will be mailed no later than three days prior to the day set for receiving Bids. Failure of any Bidder to receive any such Addendum or interpretation shall not relieve such Bidder from any obligations under the Bid as submitted. All Addenda so issued shall become part of the Contract Documents. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submit
