The Work Includes the Exterior Painting and an Alternate Add-on of Including Interior Painting of the Parks Lane Elevated 500,000 Gallon Tank. The Tank is Located at the Terminus of Parks Lane, Jessamine County. Time Allowed for the Completion of the Project is 180 Consecutive Calendar Days. Bids Shall Be on a Lump Sum Basis. The Bidder Must Supply the Telephone and E-mail Address Along With Street Address of the Individual or Firm to Whom Addenda (if Any) Can Be Directed. A Bid Security in the Form of a Certified Check, Bank Check, or Bid Bond for a Sum Not Less Than Five (5%) Percent of the Amount of the Bid Will Be Required With the Bid. The Owner Reserves the Right to Accept Any Bid, to Reject Any Bid and to Waive Any Irregularities in the Bids. No Bidder May Withdraw His Bid Within Ninety (90) Consecutive Calendar Days After the Actual Date of the Bid Opening. Bidders Must Comply With the President's Executive Order Nos., 11246 and 11375, Which Prohibits Discrimination in Employment Regarding Race, Creed, Color, Sex, or National Origin.
