The Jessamine County Fiscal Court will be accepting sealed bids for a 20 x 40 addition to a metal building at the Jessamine County Detention Center. o 18 foot by 40 foot Building Addition o 2'x10" continuous footers. 8"x 2' concrete stem wall. 4" concrete slab over crushed stone o Conventional framed 18'x40'x10' building w/ 2"x 6" exterior walls. Roof trusses on 4/12 pitch. o Basic electric per code. (6) LED lights in ceiling. o (1) Mini Split HVAC unit o Batt insulation with blow in insulation in ceiling. o 5/8" drywall on ceilings. 1/2" drywall on walls. o (1) coat primer. (2) coats finish paint. o 3 1/4" casing around windows and doors. Rubber cove base. o (5) 3050 single hung windows. (1) 3068 exterior door. (1) 3068 interior door. o 26 Guage metal siding and roofing match existing building. The Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject or refuse any or all bids.
