Site work for a water / sewer project in Nicholasville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Sealed bids for the Raw Water Intake Rehabilitation, including the regrading of the submerged bank around raw water intakes 1, 2, and 3, at the Nicholasville water treatment plant located on the Kentucky river, with all related work as specified and shown on the Drawings OVERNIGHT DELIVERY via UPS or FedEx of the Bidding Documents shall only be made using re- cipient's billing account num- ber. Bids from anyone not on the Issuing Office's Plan Holders List will be returned unopened. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid to ensure the ex- ecution of the contract for which the bid is made. In case the bid is not accepted, the check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder, but if the bid is accepted and the bidder shall refuse or neglect to enter into a contract with the City of Nicholasville within ten (10) days after the time he has been notified of the acceptance of his bid, the said check or bid bond shall be for- feited to the City of Nicholasville for the failure to do so. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of ninety (90) days after closing time scheduled for the receipt of bids. The City of Nicholasville re- serves the right to waive infor- malities and to reject any and all bids.
