The State of New Hampshire Fish and Game Department (NHFG) is seeking proposals to brush, blaze, paint and place state boundary line signs on the perimeter boundary of the following Fish and Game properties. The 275+\- acre Owl Brook Hunter Education Center (parcel 1). The 226+\- acre Owl Brook Hunter Education Center (parcel 2). The 135+\- acre Warren Fish Hatchery. The 151+\- acre Webster Lake WMA. The 100 +\- acre Chadwick Meadows WMA. The 72 +\- acre Reeds Marsh WMA. The 1101+\- acre Lower Shaker WMA. The 820+\- acre Carter Brook WMA. The New Hampshire Fish and Game Department is owner of lands throughout the state referred to as Wildlife Management Areas (WMA). The boundary lines or corners can be easily identified by flagging tape and there is good physical evidence, i.e. blazed lines, stone walls, and monuments. Included with the documentation for this RFP is an overview map for the area with the work to be completed. A Survey plan and a WMA plan will be provided for these areas to be marked. Also available upon request are updated shapefiles as a result of the survey work completed in advance of this request for proposals. NH Fish & Game plans to contract to have the WMA boundary brushed, blazed, painted and state property signs placed approximately every 250 feet and at all monumented corners. The Owl Brook Hunter Education Center totals approximately 34,583 linear feet of boundary line (6.5 miles). The Warren Fish Hatchery totals approximately 14,975 linear feet of boundary line (3 miles). The Webster Lake WMA totals approximately 12,900 linear feet of boundary (2.4 miles). The Chadwick Meadows WMA totals approximately 10,672 linear feet of boundary (2.0 miles). The Reeds Marsh WMA totals approximately 7,024 linear feet of boundary (1.33 miles). The Lower Shaker WMA totals approximately 35,343 linear feet of boundary (6.7 miles) The Carter Brook WMA totals approximately 33694 linear feet of boundary (6.4 miles) The resulting contract will be Not to Exceed for the term beginning from the date of approval of the Governor and Executive Council through September 31, 2025. The contract term may be extended by an additional term of 1 year at the sole option of the Agency, subject to the parties' prior written agreement and required governmental approvals including Governor and Executive Council.
