The budget estimate is $225,000 - $245,000. The project generally consists of the following work: Constructing approximately 1,070 feet of new 5-ft wide cement concrete sidewalk with ADA ramps and curbs along Juniper Street and Evergreen Drive. Related work includes minor asphalt patching and surface restoration. Twenty (20) working days will be allowed to complete the work. Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by cash, a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, payable to the City of Kettle Falls, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and payment bond, each in the full amount of the contract price.
