Site work for a water / sewer project in Pittsburg, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The selected consulting firm will be responsible for preparing a biddable Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PS&E) for the project. The scope of services includes providing comprehensive professional design services for the following: HIGHLANDS RANCH TANK IMPROVEMENT RFP 3 Evaluation and Assessment- Review existing tank documentation, including record drawings, inspection reports, and prior improvement plans. See Exhibit "B" Design of Interior Coating System- Design and specify a new interior coating system suitable for the Highland Ranch Tank. Design of Spot Repair of Exterior Coating System- as identified on the inspection report. Design of Cathodic Protection System- Design a new Cathodic Protection System suitable for the Highland Ranch Tank. Bid Support- Answer questions during bidding and prepare up to two addendums. Optional Design Service: Vents- four to five 12-inch vents with either a mushroom style lid or J-style vent with screen placed throughout the roof.
