The projects are referred to as "Madison County 2025 Asphalt" and shall include all labor, materials, transportation and equipment required for the construction of: C-59(1001)approximately 2.0 miles of 3" asphaltic concrete overlay, type "SPR";C-59(1002) approximately 3.0 miles of3" asphaltic concrete overlay, type "SPR"; C-59(1003) approximately 2miles of 3" asphaltic concrete overlay, type "SPR"; C-59(1004) approximately2.0 miles of 3" asphaltic concrete overlay, type "SPR", C-59(962) Deer Run Drive approximately 1.0 mile of 4''asphaltic concrete overlay, type "SPR", and C-72(854A) Cornlea Northwest Overlay Drive approximately 2.7 mile of4'' asphaltic concrete overlay, type "SPR", all projects with cold milling, and other related incidental work. The desired completion date for all sites is October1, 2025. Along with its Bid Proposal, each bidder shall submit an unconditional Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to the Madison County Treasurer, Madison County, Nebraska, in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the total Bid Proposal. The Owner reserves the right to give consideration to the proposed project sites beginning and completion dates submitted by the Bidder, as well as the criteria set forth in the Nebraska County Purchasing Act, in awarding the contract. The Madison County Board of Commissioners and the Platte County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities in bids received. Award of the Contract will be in accordance with the County Purchasing Act's competitive bidding considerations as set forth in Neb.
