SCOPE OF WORK 2.1 Replace the 16 Front of House Fixtures with LED Color Changing Option 2.2 Replace the 21 on stage fixtures with LED Color Changing Option 2.3 Provide two LED moving head fixtures on FOH bar (spotlights) 2.4 Replace the lighting control console to a reliable, modern console 2.5 Replace 6 dimmer modules in the dimmer rack for LED power 2.6 Upgrade the architectural system to allow for control of the new lights from the panels and touch screen 2.7 Install data distribution to control the LED Color Changing fixtures (options below) 2.8 Provide all cables and devices to make all of it work 2.9 Remove all old equipment and cabling and install all new equipment, save exclusions 2.10 Program the system and conduct initial training for the users. 2.11 Equipment Warranty - Manufacturers provided equipment warranty. 2.12 Annual Service Agreement 2.13 Replace house lighting (56 LED fixtures and accessories) - Program the house lighting by individual, row and/or column 2.14 Ensure house lighting communicates with new system 2.15 Replace stage work lighting with LED fixtures and accessories - Does not need to be connected with primary system 2.15.1 The specific quantity of lights for stage work lighting to be replaced is three (3) LED fixtures and accessories.
