The Scope of Services Includes Providing an Ldc Study for the Replacement of Each of the Bridges, Including the Identification and Evaluation of Bridge Replacement Alternatives, Required Permitting, Potential Right of Way Impacts, Stakeholder and Local Public Official Coordination and Conceptual Engineering Sketches of the Preliminary Preferred Alternative That Will Be Selected for the Bridge Replacement. Local Concept Development Study of Townsend's Inlet Bridge (3100-003) and Corson's Inlet Bridge (3100-002) Replacements Township of Upper, City of Sea Isle and Borough of Avalon Four (4) Copies of the Technical Proposals (One Copy Shall Be Unbound) Submitted in a Sealed Envelope Labelled Technical Proposal and Two (2) Copies of the Cost Proposals (One Copy Shall Be Unbound) Submitted in a Sealed Envelope Labelled Cost Proposal Shall Be Submitted and Both Separate Sealed Envelopes (Technical and Cost) Must Be Enclosed in a Sealed Envelope Bearing the Name and Address of the Firm and Clearly Marked "professional Engineering Services for Local Concept Development Study of Townsend's Inlet Bridge (0300-003) and Corson's Inlet Bridge (0300-002) on the Outside; and Addressed to the Clerk of the Board, County Administration Building, 4 Moore Road, Cape May Court House, Nj 08210; and Delivered to the Clerk of the Board's Office Before the Time Noted Above. The County Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities in and to Reject Any or All Proposals. The Consultant Selection Process and Any Resulting Contract Must Be Reviewed and Approved by the Fhwa Prior to Becoming Effective. This Project Has an Emerging Small Business Enterprise Participation Requirement of 10.0%. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
