Successful Proposer must supply, install, and maintain an On-Board Video Surveillance System on Torrance Transit's fleet of 63 buses and 10 trollies. Contractor must design and provide all necessary product material for the complete operation of the system. The camera system must record footage in HD quality and must be available at all times when the vehicle is powered up. It must continue to record for at least 15/30 minutes after the vehicle is powered down. The system must allow transit staff and emergency responders to do a live streaming of the bus cameras in case of emergencies. The system must integrate with Clever Devices AVL system to tag videos. The system must also allow staff to schedule video uploads over the city-yard wireless network. Contractor must design and provide all necessary product material for the complete operation of the system.
