Renovation of a municipal facility in City of Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bid Proposal shall be irrevocable for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving Bids. The project will be bid as a Multiple Prime Contract. Bids are being requested for the following categories of activities: -General Construction -Mechanical -Electrical -Plumbing -Fire Alarm -Fire Sprinkler -Subfloor Preparation -Flooring -Painting -Site Work -Elevator -Security/IT/Phone The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. This project is in part funded through the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP), which is a Pennsylvania Commonwealth grant program administered by the Office of the Budget (OB). The successful contractor must be familiar with and shall comply with the RACP "Key Compliance Guidelines" inclusive of, but not be limited to, Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Requirements.
